If you do have experience you can find a job with the same title that pays more.Īlso if you are salaried, and all your PTO and sick is used up, and you miss one day of work, you wont get that paid back. There is very little upward mobility, there are limits to how much each position makes, and the pay is only considered competetive if you have no experience. If you are lucky and your leaders like you, it's a great job.
